Why wouldn't you just buy TD to participate in this hot IPO (TWE)? Pardon I what might seem like a dumb question to you and the rest of this board, but please help me understand why... If Toronto Dominion owns 100% of Waterhouse (TWE) and they only plan to sell let's say 10 to 20% of TWE through this IPO... why wouldn't I just by TD to indirectly participate in this hot IPO?
