UPDATE ON REQUEST FOR DIVIDEND SHARES:

On May 9, I requested that ETrade physically deliver my Medinah Gold shares - the request was made by fax with a copy to American Registrar and Transfer Company. The shares appear in my ETrade portfolio listed only with what appears to be a cusip number and "Restricted" with no price.

I just called ETrade asking why I have not yet received my shares. They advised me that they do not have the shares and are awaiting delivery of the shares from American Registrar and Transfer.

So, I called American Registrar and Transfer asking why they have not delivered the shares to ETrade. I was advised that they are awaiting a list of who gets how many from Depository Trust Company.

ETrade says to call them back in about a week to see if anything is new. American Registrar and Transfer Company says they expect it to be about two to three weeks before they get anything from Depository Trust Company.

Now to find a phone number for Depository Trust Company!
