Rick, I think the next public update will be a presentation of the revisited Lilly PII data at ICAAC (which I think will address the endocarditis issue). From what I've seen from papers and posters, the in vitro MIC90 data is better than vancomycin across the board for all Gram positives, and I haven't heard of any significant toxicities. Also, I think it's interesting that the clinical trials include q24h arms. Once daily would be nice for a number of applications (empiric therapy, home infusion therapy, etc.). What have you heard about when we might hear from the PII BSI or PIII SSTI trials? biowa
