Notice From Barrack, Rodos & Bacine:

Lawsuit is moving forward. Magistrate has denied defendants a motion to toss case out. Fore will appeal and B, R, & B will appeal to an adverse decision by asking judge find in favor with magistrates decision for the case to move forward.

Notice also makes mention of "other" lawsuit filed against FORE for options "irregularities" (my term)saying that they will not be part of this action and will have no bearing on the results of their actions.
