Yes, under the New Covenant, we are Abraham's seed. We are children of Abraham by faith and heirs according to God's promise. And we are redeemed from the curse of the Law through the body and the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. See Galatians 3:13.
I am living in that redemption right now, from every curse named in Deut.28. But that does not take away from Genesis 12:2-3. God will bless not only the spiritual children of Abraham, all those with faith in Jesus Christ, but the flesh descendents of Abraham, because they are still His special people. God is faithful to His promises.
Where did He ever take back his promise to Abraham in Genesis 12? Quote me a scripture for that?
I still would not ever be caught cursing, insulting, or dealing underhandedly with any flesh descendent of Abraham. Because I have faith in God and in His Word through Jesus Christ. I intend to bless Jewish people wherever I have the opportunity, and on the basis of God's Word, expect Him to bless me in return, according to His promise. |
