Pat W. - Therein lies the risk. Dividends have been falling, but so has the price of natural gas until recently. Also production has fallen and will continue to fall. If you read the annual report, the book value or "corpus trust" is projected as the future revenue stream to include the tax credits. That is a best estimate based upon standard accounting principles. Today the TRU market price is below that estimate. However we all know that the price of gas has risen dramatically since the estimate was made. I figure that TRU is so small that it is basically overlooked and has therefore not participated in the recovery.

Take what I say with a grain of salt. I am long and would like to see more buyers.
