A combination could mean RAM acquiring another company. Or, they could simply be trying to attract the attention of the market, in the hopes that investors will conclude that its stock price has been lower than is justified. It's certainly good when management pays attention to the value of the holders' shares; one just hopes they aren't just paying lip service.
