Whatever ... Warrants have to be dealt with or this stock, if it ever comes back, is NEVER going to do a thing. Warrant holders have no voting rights and are not anything more than anticipated shareholders. I do not know what the BOD will do nor do I care as long as the arbitrage is put in check which should be a concern to all shareholders though not to warrant holders. If the P converts then that is going to TAG some shorters ... so the warrants is the next place they will go ... The warrant holders may not be to happy regardless. One main reason is the BOD can do whatever they want with the warrant price. :-) GB
