Ahmed My feel on insider buying is that they get themselves a good position a couple of months before the big moves. If you look at the insider reports there has only been buying since NOV 96. Not one insider has sold a single share since then. Since NOV 96 Marois, Yves has been steadly buying small chunks adding upto 80,000 Brun, Lucie also accumlated in small chunks 50,000 Michel Lusignan bought 2,000 Some may not call this insider buying but I take no selling and insiders adding to their positions insider buying. However this is all irrelevant compare to the options that they have set themselves. Best Regards KEITH
