Now don't read too much into my posts...I brought up this third party check thing two weeks ago on this thread and no one responded.

I am patient enough to understand that running an up and coming business is going to have its share of bumps in the road. But, I am grateful for the IPO's that I have received.

I also did not mention that WITC gave me an IPO even though my check from E*Trade bounced. (something about an 11 day holding period at ETRADE) So I literally received FREE shares from WIT! WIT was patient enough to wait several weeks for that error to be rectified.

The third party check issue is still not clear. I will withold judgement until I know all the rules.

So, my *attitude* towards WIT is still the same. BTW: I called customer service the first day I opened an account last month. I had a very frustrating time with the young lady who answered the phone. She obviously did not know her job. I was wise enough to not push the issue with her. Obviously WIT is "growing" exponentially and is trying to improve service. I am still willing to give them that opportunity. But I did not come here and BASH the company because I experienced inadequate service. I realized they were probably understaffed and just needed "bodies" to answer the phone the best they could. (especially since everyone is "flipping" their shares) I am sure as we speak...WIT is trying their level best to improve on this situation.

I travel around these boards enough to read people bashing each and every company they come in contact with. Brokers, banks, ISP's, you name it. And the complaining is especially prevalent when their stock is down. I take it with a grain of salt!
