"It's still a very strong market," said Fred Morache, director of marketing for Dallas-based Snelling Personnel Services, a national recruiting firm.
"There's no lack of orders and the big struggle is in how to bring candidates in," Morache said.
Morache noted no "shrinking in demand for people" across all skill levels "from top to bottom", and that "clients are telling us that they consider it a competitive advantage to outsource employees." He stated that unfilled orders are hovering in the 15% to 20% range at most of Snelling's 300 or so branches, which he considers a reflection of both strong demand and tight supply.
