EP: I just think it is a bad idea to bring up 2 different processes in 2 different fabs. I completely agree with you. As Tench?... PB?... mentioned some time ago, this reduces the 'synergy' effects between the Fabs considerably. Intel's 'Copy Exact' has worked quite well. --fyodor
