Swordsman, your talk of the PP holders converting at this lofty price doesn't seem to me to appear that it is their best plan of attack. I have been very leery of any company that does any deals like this and I have been trying to learn how they do them to take the best advantage of the situation. Tell me if this is an impossibility, it seems to me and has seemed this way ever since I first heard of this PP. If the holders of the PP are able to short this down to 3 cents and hold it there for 5 days they will be able to convert at about 2 cents. This will give them about 250,000,000 shares. Let's say they have to short 100,000,000 shares to get the price down to 3 cents. They would then cover their 100,000,000 short position and have 150,000,000 share left. If they had shorted at an average price of 13 cents they would have $10,000,000.00 as a profit from their short position and still own 150,000,000 shares which would be controlling interest. Please tell me if this is possible or is there something about these deals that I still am overlooking. I know that Gordon said the SEC only 52,000,000 shares were authorized but it will not surprise me if it is possible to go back to them and have more authorized.
If this is possible and if it happens then guess what their next step will be.
