SAF: I presume that was at the heart of the matter. I'm told he was meeting with the staff at 5:00pm. I always thought he was one of the best. I imagine it would be a big blow to CNN if CNBC managed to rope him in, but I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't land at one of the networks. Maybe NBC and CNBC could share him? Just speculation on my part, as I have no inside knowledge of the situation.
