I commend you on your editing abilities of your posts.

How are you so sure that T will have any delay whatsoever in their cable access rollout? It most likely will not. And you are right, it will boil down to $40/month for cable access, or $80/month for ADSL. I don't believe that article's reference of "$20-$40" above AOL's current price to consumers.

And in case our reading comprehensive is a little out of practice, I am long both stocks. But you or anyone else who believes that this court ruling gives AOL the red carpet path to Net domination is myopic and delusional--I would never want to visit that planet.

Keep reading that online rag. It would make great cyber-toilet paper, if virtual reality could create that scenario. There is no argument to win, but there are no facts to support this new conclusion people have read into the court decision. The only fact is that nothing has changed until T loses all appeals of the maverick ruling.
