Here is an update... I talked to the NY people about the financing and they have not gotten anyone to do the financing. The news release on March 23 stating concluded is not concluded something about a heart attack or something. The new people talking about the financing requested the warrants and the options be reduced and according to the TA they were so the total diluted is now 7.8M instead of 11.3M The CEO has filed a 144 for 300K or something like that. The trading today appears to be MM seeing the 144 and then cross traded 50K of shares on the bid and ask driving it down. Just remember this is a Vancover company ... :-) GB
