Welcome Ellen: ONPT is of course a NASDAQ listed company (and I hope it will keep to do so).
In the meantime, I found at home their 10Q from March 1996.
Obviously, they have these reports - but I just did not find them on EDGAR. So I hoped, that somebodyu on thus thread might have guided me on "what did I did do wrong - not finding their filings on EDGAR".

Also I just see that ONPT (or formely LOTO) WAS ALWAYS LATE with the Annual Report. (E.g. in 1995 and 1994)
So let assume, this is "just the way, how ONPT is doing it". It is nothing wrong with that: obviously they ALWAYS file it end of March. (This is what I found).
ONPT is NOT a "learning" company. It is actually "pretty old" and operating for at least 6 years or so (and also on the NASDAQ). Seeing this fact - I must assume, that you are completly NEW in ONPT.

If so - I have couple of questions to you, if you do not mind (just for my own interest):

- How did you hear about ONPT ?
- When did you hear about ONPT the first time ?
- What did make you decide to invest money and become shareholder of ONPT, please ?
As mentioned, these questions are just some hints for me. ONPT is not a widely traded stock. I think, it is not even listed in the daily Wall Street Journal. SO HOW CAN SOMEBODY FIND ONPT ?
