I am troubled by something else. Why has the discount on CMCI shrunk so much? Since the deal was announced it has ranged between 8-10%
most of the time. At one point yesterday it was briefly negative --
2 times the bid on CMCI was more than the bid on ACTM. It was back to around 4% today.

My worry is whether there is possibly another offer for CMCI coming.
With 2 months to go before completion, a 0-4% discount is too little.
