My emotions are just fine - and I do well in all kind of markets. On the other hand I despise incompetence, and don't suffer fools gladly. Before you offer me advise - ask yourself if it is appreciated. In your case, I can tell you, it is NOT. Cyber broke down on a critical trade. I expressed my irritation. You feel compelled to call me to task over my expression; I don't feel it is your place to attack me for my finding fault with a broker. I didn't invent this - it happened. If you like this kind of performance, fine. But don't tell me to excuse these "technical difficulties" - I call 'em as I see them. And I don't appreciate your patronizing tone. If you feel the need to suck up to Cyber, go ahead, but don't bother posting to me.
