You cannot find what does not exist. Feel free to find any post you wish. I have been very consistent in stating that I think both AOL and ATHM and good investments.

I am also glad that you are so busy being Mr. Amateur Lawyer with his facts wrong, that you still attempt to attack me with conjecture and opinion posts from press releases and articles written solely for the benefit of the Street to create churning of ATHM and AOL stock.

I have never posted what you claimed. If you disagree with what I posted to someone else, feel free to disagree. But to resort to conjecture when I ask you for facts, and to resort to blatant lying and character assassination as opposed to discussing things in an adult, sophisticated manner is pretty pathetic.

I make conjectures quite a bit. In fact, most of my ideas about ISP access issues are conjecture. But I understand that, and freely qualify it as such. But the only fact remains that nothing has changed for T. That is pretty much irrefutable at this point, unless Congress or the FCC mandates a federal law allowing open access. That would take years.

You're boring me, so I'm done. But I expect you to find that post where I hated AOL. What a shame you are not intelligent enough to even slightly comprehend that we are on the same side of the fence.

Sorry to the rest of the thread to waste this bandwidth with this "discussion".
