Rainman........I am not very familiar with this stock, but am following it because I own Cadre Resources, another Venezuelan project play. It does look cheap to me also, but I would imagine the discount applied would be a time discount for one. If you look at Placers' project and apply the same time line, we are a ways off from production with this thing. With that kind of time before production, lots of things could happen in Venezuela. That is one of the reasons I like Cadre. We should be producing within 90 days...........Good luck. Rich
