The ipo was in february; almost 5 months have elapsed.....don't you think the ceo search would have started no more than 2-3 months ago?

It seems that either this change was always planned but not disclosed in the ipo or they are changing things now due to the lack of performance leading to this quarter's preannoucement. What do you think? I think the latter is more likely.
