Oh there were financing arrangements, etc. etc., but if I recall correctly, this is one of our first bona fide buyout rumours ?? COVD would work - they have a ridiculous market cap and could do a share deal, same as ATHM did when they were 160-ish. Ears to the ground everyone ! Maybe missing my chance at 8.5 was a blessing ??? nahhhhhh. couldn't be. Regards, Dave
