What insider information??? The company presented in a press release that it was an "advertisement" that was to be published in Barrons. Read below:

Someone promoted "feature article" in their e-mail list.
Notice the time the official PR came out:
Friday June 4, 12:00 pm Eastern Time
Company Press Release
Rhombic Corporation Release to Shareholders
DCM Technology Highlighted

It came out on Yahoo at 12:00 noon. Two and half hours of
trading had already taken place. The e-mail news was sent out the
night before. This is what was contained in the e-mail:
..and third..BARRON's feature acticle in this weekends paper release...970,000 subscribers

This person claims 700 subscribers. A lot of people were lead
to believe Barrons was doing a story on Rhombic, rather than
Rhombic paying for an ad. A big difference. As this correction
got around to everyone, the buying started to dry up. Now, people
aren't suppose to tell this kind of advanced news. The person let the
news out and got it wrong. Word got around that Barrons was doing a
story on Rhombic, but when the PR came out to set the record straight, it was too late. If the person had kept his mouth shut, like he is suppose to, this problem would not have happened.
And the run up in price probably wouldn't have happened either.
Also, this "paid ad" was hyped as something great, which lead
to some buying also. The hype of "something great" plus the
supplied information of a "feature article" lead people to think
Rhombic was going to be in the spot light. This wasn't what
happened, and now many are mad. The person shouldn't have hyped
the paid ad as something great, and neither should he have promoted
it as a feature article.
