The Ford and Delphi deal was important as well. Delphi will design
and build the Ford electrical system...hmmmmm

SOFC IMHO will be used not as the motor but as a 42 volt power system
that everybody is talking about. I worked for a major manufacturer
and their goal was to reduce all that heavy wiring found in cars and
replace it with fiber optics. That can reduce up to 500 lbs from a vehicles weight. If the SOFC can replace the alternator and run the
air conditioner that would result in a motor which requires much
less Cubic output with the same results as before. Outcome =
less gas used.. Governments are happy (meet strict emissions)...Oil Companies are happy (they get to keep selling gas and oil.)
Fuel cell powered engines are quite a ways away from full scale production.They will need to figure out how to prevent the ceramics from cracking in different environments...(i.e Florida to Alaska.)
In the mean time they will start small with SOFC electrical systems
that meet emission requirements for the next 5 years while they
develop true zero emission cars.

As for the Financing. Delphi has already stated they would take care of the costs. We are not talking a few hundred thousand dollars .
My guess is if Delphi is willing to put up that kind of
cash they will want to keep a close eye on it . I expect
to see an announcement that Delphi has acquired the minimum
10% stock (either through direct buying or a P.P.) and a
board seat appointment.

I agree with the prediction about the share price. Long GLE
