If no one can see that then I apologize for being a bully. But the arbitrage until resolved makes this stock extremely limited If you can't see that then I guess there is going to be some people upset when it is resolved.. Is it your opinion that the only way for the arbitrage to be stopped has to be done in a way that will upset the W holder's?
