LVLT should fall behind Qwest for a while as Qwest will be making money while LVLT will be losing it significantly. This will lead to uncertainty about its future, although these uncertainties I think represent buying opps for LVLT. Regardless, in 3 -5 years both will be doing extremely well, or would be doing well except I think they will be bought lickity-split as soon as the telecom laws are changed later this year. Never the less, both are quality plays in bandwidth, and the big money in the next decade will be in data transfer, so wallets should be fat barring outside influences.
