A little extreme for that case, but there's something called an "idiot savant" people of extremely limited general intelligence with remarkably advanced intellectual skills in one area. I think Horowitz was one from what I've read. Except for his letterwriting skills, Mozart showed some of the marks. There are also people of normal intelligence who having remarkable skills. I once had a secretary whom IBM had certified as being the fastest IBM typewriter typist. He was a street kid from Bangkok who learned English on the job. He wasn't an idiot, just savant. I once studied the most error free operator in the Bell system. She claimed to be able to connect her earphones to her fingers and not think consciously of anything at all. She said she thought mostly about her shopping needs, dinner plans, and such ladylike things on the job. There are kinesthetic circuits that can be hooked up. Babe Ruth couldn't read or write his name, but never threw to the wrong base. Riflemen have hit 25,000 wooden cubes without missing once. Ever watch an ibex climb a mountain cliff?
