The Novartis agreement is in the new 10-Q. It's gutted, of course. Getting harder and harder to tell if a company has a valid path and agreement, or if they've done a "Robinson". Novartis is heads above every other company in picking off cheap technology during this slump, IMO. In ten years, there's going to be Novartis and a bunch of smaller companies (Merck et al.). Cheers!
