One of the characteristics of the real estate top in the late 80's was "flipping" . . . small time buyers speculating in real estate fixers (dipsters) to sell to others at a higher price. we got the same thing now in stocks, but who knows when the top will come, but buy and holders of 98% of internet stocks will end up with fools gold. bb
