Ok Ted,

How about asking the DLJ analyst who cut 4Q earnings estimates for PC companies just what the hell a lock down is? For a term that wasn't part of the English language yesterday, it sure got used by CNBC frequently enough today.

And is 22% any different that it would be in any year even without a Y2K hysteria being created by the media and the consultant community?

And doesn't that mean that more than 3 times as many companies (78%) will carry on business as usual and probably even grow their purchases?

It's now 8 trading days to triple witching Friday. I think CNBC should ask these dickheads much more probing questions as they proceed to use CNBC to help them manipulate the markets.

Just my 2¢ worth.

Ian.
