MTIC is probably getting attention from the recent Red Hat IPO filing. This may set the stage for Caldera to go public and MTIC can reap a big gain on their investment. MTI stills needs to close the deal but will own 20% of what could be a several hundred million company. Goldman is the lead on the Red Hat deal. They will be selling around $100 million in stock but have not read the filing to know the market cap. I bet the price and shares will be raised on this IPO. MTIC is one of the only more pure content Linux plays. You can read through my posts as I have outlined why I believe MTI can be the next EMC. Other have disagreed with me, MTIC is still the best storage stock performer in 99 kicking EMC and others. Good luck.
