My broker charges me differing amounts, depending on whether MH Meyerson is a MM in the stock. If they are, I pay the bid price when purchasing plus $18. If not, I usually pay $45 - $52 per trade, $60 tops. It seems like a flat fee. I have never asked, because Joe sometimes gives me a break on the commission without my even asking, plus when he urges you to buy Ion laser at $2 and it goes to $11, a few dollars saved in an already reasonable commission don't really matter!!. My orders seldom exceed $1,000, so if you play in a higher range you had better check to see if their commissions escalate at higher transaction amounts. Good luck!
