DCTI - won't swear on it, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with DCTI if you have a little patience. Setting up to become the #1 net payment company on the web. AOL owns 10%. At $6+ it shouldn't have much downside risk. Longer term it could easily double or triple. But right now kind of stuck in a $6 - $7 trading range. Time is on your side with DCTI IMHO.
