Adamas Resources Corp. ("the Company") announces that due to extreme negative conditions in the resource sector, i.e., depressed values of gold, copper, silver and oil, the Company is presently considering opportunities and acquisitions in other industries, which would significantly re-direct the activities of the Company. In the interim, no further funds will be used for the development or acquisition of mineral projects. Any future acquisitions in the technology (Internet) or industrial sector will be subject to approval by the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
