Great to see some volume...

Cetronic was selling about 220k shares. Hopefully, they found a home for all of these shares. It is my understanding that they do not intend to sell their remaining shares over the near-term. I would also speculate that some of the convertible preferred holders had converted and sold some of their shares.

That 4.7 million in the float (out of 8 or so outstanding) is somewhat deceptive as there are really about 16 million shares (fully diluted) most of which will come to market as shares convert over the next several years. I believe most of these shares were sold by the company in this price range. When I figure (dream) earnings I use this fully diluted number. This dilution over the last couple of years was, in my opinion, the biggest negative factor in owning this stock. On the other hand, even figuring 16 million shares, the market cap is still less than 10 million. Absurdly cheap for a company that is clearly gaining momentum.

Speaking of momentum, it sounds like Socket had a very good CE DevCon. Their phone card was used in one of Microsoft's major presentations and the integrated scanner received a good bit of attention.

One interesting link from the conference about Socket's phone card:

Good luck.
