My own opinion is that anyone in upper management leaving is good for shareholders. Problem is the ones who are left. Proves again that it's important for management to have a substantial investment in stock to make sure that shareholder interest is put before management's. There is an SC13G SEC filing from Feb. 13 that shows Smith Barney Holdings owning 6.2% of the stock, and Travelers owning 6.4%. Anyone know if they've owned this much in the past or is this value investing on their part? I know they've been buying NOVL also, which is almost as depressed. Dwight
