Mitch Feinglas - C.E.O.
Mitchel Feinglas has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Sytron, Inc. since January 1994. Mr. Feinglas is a founder and has been the President of Private Capital Group, Ltd. ("PCG") since 1993, a financial consulting organization. From January 1991 through March 1993, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Great Earth Vitamins, Ltd., the nation's second largest retail vitamin chain. Prior thereto, from 1983 through 1990, Mr. Feinglas helped to organize and served as the President, Director and Principal of Jonathon Alan & Co, Inc. an independent retail brokerage firm with over 50 offices in the United States. Prior to Jonathan Alan, Mr. Feinglas was a Vice President at Bear Stearns & Co, Inc. and was Account Executive at Merrill Lynch. He also sits on the Board of a number of corporations. Mr. Feinglas was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from New York University in 1971.
