Hi RB,this sounds like a good deal for Group West.Spoke with IR today and the maximum payout for GP is $1 million over four years,$200,000 in cash and the rest in stock at $1.70. For each $1 net income Wescom makes,it qualifies for $1 worth of GP share. If Wescom makes nothing, it costs GP nothing in stock. Revenues for Wescom average over $1 million a year so potential here. GP getting away from Y2K and replacing revenue with outsourcing and e-commerce. More deals to come, so IMO, the risk with this company is pretty low. Mind you, you had Nesbitt Burns dumping 10,000 shares today so as long as somebody is dumping, stock is not going to jump. Take care JB
