Hi Daniel, I agree I went short at close based on Thomson I-Watch Mid-day Update, "Similarly, the pre-trade indications from institutional brokers on I-Watch are extremely light with a heavy bias toward sellers." I am expecting institutional brokers to come in selling in the morning. If not I'll run for cover and short at the next close.

Infoseek is trading off its intra-day high of $51 3/4. A review of this morning's trading data indicates today's rise can be traced back to speculative buying by day traders, both professional and retail. A tiny 3.2% of the 4.7 million shares exchanged today resulted from block transactions.
