Bill - <I suspect he meant would AMD also need to license this patent?, perhaps AMD thinks they already have with their cross agreements in place with National? In that case if this case stands then AMD will have to deal with Intergraph also, if it fact uses the same patents and has no other license path via assorted foundry agreements?> No idea here. All's I know is INGR is suing INTC. Maybe if and when AMD has a SMP product, INGR will sue them too. PB
