Please note the following, which I received from Zacks: RWAV: SG COWEN SECUR. decreased estimate for quarter ending 06/99 from $0.14 to $0.12 on 05/05/99 RWAV: HAMBRECHT&QUIST decreased estimate for quarter ending 09/99 from $0.19 to $0.18 on 05/27/99 RWAV: HAMBRECHT&QUIST decreased estimate for fiscal year ending 09/99 from $0.49 to $0.45 on 05/27/99 RWAV: HAMBRECHT&QUIST decreased estimate for quarter ending 06/99 from $0.13 to $0.12 on 05/27/99 What do you think this all means? RWAV normally hits its estimates, except when it had the acquisitions about a year ago. I am nervous. I do not like to see declining estimates. John
