Thread Isn't it possible that SAP wants to buy BAANF? 09.06.99 Baan mit unerwartetem Anstieg ING Furman Selz Die Investmentexperten von ING Baring Furman Selz haben sich zu dem unerwartet starken Kursanstieg des niederländischen Softwareunternehmens Baan (WKN: 895467, BAANF) geäußert. Letzte Woche stieg die Aktie, gespeist von neuen Hoffnungen der Investoren um knapp 7%. Am Montag legte die um weitere 13% und lag dann bei 15,30 Euro. Die Analysten vermuten, daß eine mögliche Übernahme des Unternehmens bevorstehe. Man verweist dabei auf einen potentiellen Käufer aus Deutschland. Zudem seien kürzlich neue Mitarbeiter eingestellt worden, nachdem Baan einen Großteil der Belegschaft entlassen hatte. Analysten empfehlen daher, die Aktie in den nächsten Tagen genauer zu beobachten. (Sorry, but it is in German) Jens
