There is a copy of a CNBC interview of the CEO available in a previous post that was made.

They'll consider selling, but not for anything near this price considering the backbone and CLEC capabilities that they own.

My advice? Accumulate and don't count your pennies by the day.
You may also want to look into GBT as that one is going places too.
