It might be a stock deal. Would you still "cash" out of BLS stock?

If they bought the rest of QWST they didn't own, does anyone have any idea what the price could be?

If I remember correctly, they payed (pre-split) 94.5/share for 10%, which seemed to value the entire company at $35B, from that transaction. At that time, that was a 15% premium to the stock price.

Would it be reasonable to expect an even better premium than that for the whole enchilada? Like 50? Higher?
