Northwest Territories Area Play F.Y.I Fortune Minerals stock quotes may be obtained on the Security APL Quoteserver at secapl.com by typing in o.form.. the letter o stands for " O...ver The Counter which is another name for unlisted stocks.While a large percentage are new issues that for whatever reason(there are many)have not listed,there are a number of fairly large companies listed also.It is considered the lower end of trading places with no actual location.All trades are done by data transfer and phone . With regard to the N.W.T. play..Fortune...Corum..GMD..Starcore..Moss.. Avalon..etc.....they will all be affected by the "LEAD DOG".If it gets a broken leg,they will all be set back.This is what happened .. John Kaiser (Pre-eminant Mining Analyst) was quoted as saying Fortune Minerals was "Highly Overvalued" considering it had not released any results as yet.The street noticed..the stock began to fall..it hit 27.00 and was halted by the company.Now under pressure to release results from EVERYONE including " The Rest Of The Pack "they had no choice but to say what they have...so far..The released results were far below expectations and their stock traded as low as 11.00 and closed at 15.00 Please note** JK owns Moss Resources shares and has been following this very closely*He wrote on this play in early May suggesting good prospects for the investor.The prospects are still very good IMHO and Fortune was very clear in stating they expect to be in a higher value area for drilling after spring break-up using the info gained to find their next target.Well,you know where the release is .... If your wondering where I fit into all of this...I have vested interest in GMD Resources(Next Dog In The Pack)who has an earn in and other land claims in that area.They were hit as well but they have other things going for them which helped them to a nice bounce...again. I gather Corum is in Labrador as well....a group on this site called the G-Force(Gallery Resources) discuss news and views on this area play and you are invited to stop by and observe how this internet-linked group of investors participate.The group has a leader who up writes and distributes news and views via mail as well.It works very well for gathering information not always available to the "Novice Investor" All The Best!!
