Paul...forgive me but I've misrepresented things and spoken confusingly as well. First, I am actually being charged for buying my own stuff -- I was looking in the wrong place for my statements. Second, regarding content unwrapping, here's what I figured out. I've got an SMO (one of my own) sitting on my desktop. Every time I try to access that, WaveDirect comes up and asks me for my password and charges me for access. The SMO remains an SMO. However, when I've got the SMO opened (in this case an HTML document)I can save as an HTML document and I re-open that document as much as I like. So no, under ordinary circumstances (ordinarily you wouldn't have the SMO itself residing on your computer) you don't have to re-enter your password every time you access the product.

Pardon me for not representing this clearly as I fumble around to figure it all out.
