Digital River Signs Deal With Personnel Decisions to Manage Web Commerce

Digital River's CommerceBridge(SM) Provides A Completely Integrated Web Hosting and Transaction Processing Solution

Digital River DRIV today announced an alliance with Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global management and multi-service human resources consulting firm, to provide integrated back-end Web-commerce management services through Digital River's new CommerceBridge service. Under the agreement, Digital River will deliver an outsourced Web-commerce solution that enables automation and integration of Web orders and transaction processing for PDI's series of management books.

Personnel Decisions International provides consulting, as well as products and services to create solutions for their clients' human resources challenges. Digital River's CommerceBridge will be implemented to process multiple transactions for PDI, simplify Web-commerce and delivery processes, cut costs, increase profits and enhance the customer's buying experience.
