I have posted this before but this time taking all the time I need to explain what I found.

If you look up United States Patents (use search engine aj.com) you will find patent
number 5,253,372 dated October 13, 1993 issed to Samuel J. Boker of Ridge N.Y.
The patent was filed on February 12, 1992 and its assignee was Sani-Tech Industries,
Inc (Hicksville, NY). It is described as an apparatus for dispensing measured lenghts of
tubular films onto an armature. Its a product that has been used at the Chicago O'Hare
Airport for some time and is now used at the SF International.

I looked up Samuel J. Boker on the internet and found a listing at 233 Glen Drive,
Ridge, NY, 11961. with a phone number of 516-744-9714, which I called not too long
ago. I talked to Mrs. Boker who informed me that her husband just passed away couple
of days ago and she was not prepared to discuss anything just yet. It seems to me that
Mrs. Boker or Sani-Tech is still the legal holder of this patent (the product is referred to
as Sani Seat) and she did say that she holds many SaniTech shares.

Finally, using Sani-Seat as a search word (again on aj.com...try this, this is a great
simple English search engine) I found two companies that sell this product and by the
"R" letter indicate that it is a patented product. These companies are on the interenet
at Saniseat.com and Serv-u-clean.com. Please check them out. I did send E-mail to
both of them asking them where and how they did obtain the product (given that we, the
SNTS shareholders, own the patent) but neither responded.

Having seen and used the product at at least two airports, I would think that it has great
application at institutional environments such as hospitals, or any public restrooms
(airports, movie theaters, government offices, etc).

It took a lot of time to get to this point. I invite you to take the baton and bring us all
some more good news. Go Sani-Seat, go SNTS and, good luck to us all.
