Vendit, the Baby Bells are moving on Broadband:

Qwest Communications (QWST: news, msgs) was indicated to open up
at least 1 11/16 higher to 45. Bell South (BLS: news, msgs) is considering
an acquisition of Qwest, after its recent decision to buy 10% of the
company, the Wall Street Journal reported. Bell South shares were
untraded.
